DAMA group operates under the E-gaming licenses of Curacao (8048/JAZ2020-13) and Estonia (HKL000255). All payments with Paysafe are made via Dama N.V. Use of player account
Each player is limited to creating only one personal account. Registration must be done individually.

Login details must not be disclosed to anyone. Rocketplay is not responsible for any abuse or misuse of the member account due to the disclosure of login details to a third party, whether intentional or accidental.
Any returns, winnings, or bonuses obtained during the time a duplicate account was active will be reclaimed by the Casino, and players are responsible for returning any funds withdrawn from the duplicate account.

The Casino reserves the right to make a phone call as part of the KYC procedure. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the account is fully verified. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the player regarding the withdrawal of funds. If the player cannot be reached within two weeks from the date of the verification request, the account will be locked due to failure to pass the KYC procedure.

The Casino has the final decision-making authority to determine if the user has violated its Terms and Conditions, resulting in their suspension or permanent barring from the Website.
Anti-Fraud Policy
The Company has a strict anti-fraud policy and utilizes various techniques to prevent fraud. If a player is suspected of fraudulent actions such as collusion, unfair winnings, or cheating, the Company may terminate the player’s account and withhold payouts.
The decision is at the Company’s sole discretion, and the player will not be informed of the reasons. The Company may also report fraudulent actions to regulatory bodies.
The Casino does not tolerate advantage play. Attempts to exploit casino welcome offers or promotions may result in voiding bonuses and associated winnings. This can occur for various reasons, such as using stolen cards, chargebacks, creating multiple accounts for promotional purposes, providing incorrect registration data, submitting forged documents, or engaging in actions detrimental to the Casino.
The Casino reserves the right to close a Player Account, refund the remaining balance (deducting relevant withdrawal charges), and is not obligated to provide a reason or prior notice.
In the event of a chargeback, the casino may:
Charge the player an amount equivalent to their available balance to compensate for damages and expenses caused by the chargeback.
Seek further damages and financial losses from the player using the contact details provided during registration (e.g., phone, email).
Close the player’s account and forfeit any winnings resulting from the chargeback attempt.
To verify a player’s account, the casino requires identification documents as specified in the Anti-Money Laundering and Know-Your-Client Policy. Video verification may be requested at the casino’s discretion. The provided documents will be reviewed within 7 business days, with a usual review time of 24 hours unless additional checks are needed. Enhanced verification may take up to 14 business days.
